What is the MOQ for OEM power tools with custom branding?
For standard models with your logo and packaging, MOQ is 1,000 units. For fully customized product designs (ODM), MOQ is 3,000 units. We also offer flexible MOQ for market-entry brands.
What OEM/ODM services do you offer?
We offer complete OEM/ODM services including custom product design, engineering support, in-house tooling and mold development, private label branding, retail-ready packaging, and full certification support (GS/CE/UL/EMC).
Can you develop a new product design for us?
Yes. Our team of 260 engineers provides full ODM capability — from concept sketching and 3D modeling to prototyping, testing, and mass production. We can also modify existing models to your specifications.
What certifications can you help us obtain?
We support all major certifications including GS/TUV, CE, UL, EMC, RoHS, and PAHs. Our factory holds both ISO9001 and IATF16949 (automotive-grade) quality management certifications.
How long does a custom OEM order take?
Standard OEM (existing model + your branding): 30-45 days. Custom ODM (new design + tooling): 60-90 days. Sample orders: 7-15 days. All timelines start after design approval and deposit.
