To enhance employees' fire safety awareness, test the functionality of the company's firefighting facilities, and improve employees' emergency response and self-protection capabilities, ensuring that every employee understands fire safety knowledge—including how to report a fire, extinguish flames, evacuate personnel, and rescue injured individuals and materials—the company's Security Department has planned a fire drill. The implementation plan is as follows:

V. Preparations:

1. Promotion of fire safety and evacuation tips via bulletin boards (Responsible: HR Department)

2. Fire safety training for employees (Responsible: Security Department)

3. Inspection of company firefighting facilities (Responsible: Security Department)

VI. Emergency Evacuation Procedures for Each Department:

1. Upon receiving a fire alarm, the command team will immediately assemble at the Security Department. The team will be led by the security captain, who will oversee the fire scene.

2. Emergency evacuation announcement via broadcast:

   • Phase 1 (Horizontal Evacuation): Based on the fire zones (Complete Machine, Motor, and Dormitory), personnel should move outside the workshop.
     Broadcast: "Attention: An emergency has occurred in the Complete Machine Workshop, Motor Workshop, and Dormitory. Please follow the instructions of the Security Department and evacuate to a safe area."

   • Phase 2 (Full Evacuation): If the situation escalates, evacuate all personnel in the affected area, starting with the nearest workshops.
     Broadcast: "Attention: An emergency has occurred in this area. Please follow the Security Department’s instructions and evacuate immediately via the nearest exit."

3. Monitor the fire scene and evacuation progress via phone/radio, and check alarm systems, fire pumps, and ventilation systems.

4. Direct relevant departments to take appropriate actions.

5. Confirm full evacuation and announce the end of the drill.

6. The command team leader will conduct a debrief at the assembly point.

VII. Fire Suppression Procedures:

1. Department representatives gather at designated drill locations (No. 1 Gate for Complete Machine, No. 2 Gate for Motor).

2. Prepare the site by clearing obstacles and setting up ignition materials.

3. Distribute protective gear and firefighting equipment.

4. Attend the security team’s briefing.

5. Commence the drill:

   • 5.1 Oil Fire Suppression:

     • Group 1: Ignite a smoke grenade to simulate thick smoke → Evacuate personnel.

     • Group 2: Light an oil fire → Extinguish using a 5kg fire extinguisher.
       Method: Shake the extinguisher upside down, remove the safety pin, aim at the base of the fire, and press the lever.

   • 5.2 Wood Fire Suppression:

     • Group 3: Light a wood fire → Extinguish using a 5kg fire extinguisher (same method as above).

6. Drill conclusion (announcement).

7. Clean up the site.
