From November 13th to November 14th, 2021, under the organization  of Junming team and careful guidance of Dr. Liu Kai , the core members of Ningbo Xiecheng Group carried out the actual combat training of lean strategic deployment in training room .

The training lasted for 2 days and adopted the teaching method of field teaching + practical operation discussion. Determine mid - and long-term planning and objectives from the stage of lean strategic planning, and clarify corporate culture, values and success factors through market insight, mission thinking, vision and dream, strategic positioning; At the stage of strategic design, according to the three dimensions of organization, resources and talent, annual breakthrough goals and talent training direction are formulated and deployed through SWOT analysis and organizational ability identification. At the strategy implementation stage, formulate a strategic map and output specific action plans, countermeasures and measures through division of labor, target decomposition, task improvement, daily key work and learning plan.

Although it was on the weekend, everyone was very enthusiastic about learning. Through this training, everyone had a deeper understanding of strategy planning, design, formulation and implementation.
